Our Isla Pearl pieces are crafted from premium stainless steel and plated with 18k gold using Physical Vapor Deposition, also known as PVD coating.
PVD is a modern vacuum-coating process that creates a highly durable finish and is significantly thicker and longer-lasting than traditional gold plating. This helps the jewelry remain waterproof, sweatproof, and non-tarnish with everyday wear.
Each piece is finished with a genuine freshwater pearl, selected for its natural luster. Slight variations in shape, size, and finish are part of what makes every pearl unique.

If your order includes Preorder Item(s) your order is not shipped until the entirety of your order arrives and is ready for dispatch. If you would like the in stock styles to ship first, kindly place separate orders.
*Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for Preorder items. Preorders are based on an estimated time of arrival - these arrival dates can change due to many unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control.

DUTY AND IMPORT COSTS
Some international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered, Duties Unpaid) basis. Incurring import / border charges and associated tax charges can happen with any international online purchase. The thresholds and relative charges are determined by your destination, and the contents and value of the consignment. You may be required to pay these prior to receiving your order. Charges of this nature are the responsibility of the receiver.

-We are unable to change a shipping address once the package has been picked up by the courier.
-Dear Eden is not responsible, nor in control of shipment/transit delays once the item is in the hands of the courier. Customs clearance and weather delays are the most common, and can affect the transit time outlined above.
-If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be abandoned at destination and you will not be refunded any part of your order.
-In the event of a redirection due to situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.
