Order Processing
Orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.
If your order includes a preorder item, it will ship once that item is available. Estimated ship windows will be shown on the product page.
PREORDERS
If your order includes Preorder Item(s) your order is not shipped until the entirety of your order arrives and is ready for dispatch. If you would like the in stock styles to ship first, kindly place separate orders.
*Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for Preorder items. Preorders are based on an estimated time of arrival - these arrival dates can change due to many unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control.
Dear Eden is not liable for any delays on Preorders.

DUTY AND IMPORT COSTS
Some international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered, Duties Unpaid) basis. Incurring import / border charges and associated tax charges can happen with any international online purchase. The thresholds and relative charges are determined by your destination, and the contents and value of the consignment. You may be required to pay these prior to receiving your order. Charges of this nature are the responsibility of the receiver.
DDP shipping options are available at checkout.
Dear Eden. will not be liable for these under any circumstances. If the charges of a held shipment are refused the shipment will be abandoned.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-We are unable to change a shipping address once the package has been picked up by the courier.
-Dear Eden is not responsible, nor in control of shipment/transit delays once the item is in the hands of the courier. Customs clearance and weather delays are the most common, and can affect the transit time outlined above.
-If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be abandoned at destination and you will not be refunded any part of your order.
-In the event of a redirection due to situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.
RUSSIAN CUSTOMERS
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Russia. If this changes in the future, we will update our Shipping policy.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our hands. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen factors are outside of our control once a package has shipped. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
If for some reason you do not receive your purchase within 10 business days of placing your order (excluding preorders) please email contact@shopdeareden.com with your Full Name and your Order Number so we can follow up on your order.
We strive to get all orders packed and sent out ASAP and within the correct time frame, however we cannot take responsibility for factors beyond our control e.g. postal or courier services not running to schedule. Thank you for your understanding.
